Eighteen credit hours of major coursework anchor UNF's Transportation and Logistics degree, covering foundations of transportation, logistics systems management, logistics subsystems analysis, international logistics, and a required course in supply chain management, plus a Capstone in Supply Chain Management. You then choose electives such as purchasing management, warehouse management, or a logistics internship. The Coggin College of Business says its curriculum qualifies graduates for the APICS certification (CTL) blanket waiver, a distinction held by only 30 academic affiliates nationwide, and reports that 75% of program graduates receive job offers in their field. Jacksonville-based transportation and logistics companies provide more than $44,000 in scholarships to T&L majors each year, and the program has drawn recruiters from firms including CSX, Landstar, Crowley, and Southeast Toyota Distributors. Students can add a Logistics or Supply Chain Management minor, each requiring 12 semester hours taken at UNF.
