The Carlson School of Management's supply chain and operations management major at the University of Minnesota fits within a 120-credit degree. Required courses include Business Statistics in R, Financial Reporting, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning & Control, Quality Management & Lean Six Sigma, shorter 2-credit courses in sourcing, transportation and logistics, and supply chain technology, and a 4-credit capstone in supply chain and operations strategy. You add supply chain electives, and every student must complete an international experience, which short-term or semester-length programs can satisfy. Metro State University's College of Business and Management offers this 120-credit, STEM-designated bachelor of science in supply chain and operations management from its Saint Paul campus, with evening, online and hybrid course options aimed at working adults and transfer students. Requirements start with a 22-credit foundation and a 20-credit business core, then move into courses such as Introduction to Operations Management, Supply Chain Planning and Control, Logistics in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Information Systems and Application of AI in Supply Chain Management. A decision sciences internship worth 1 to 8 credits is available. Major courses need a C- or better, and at least 20 credits from the core, major and capstone must be completed at Metro State.
