Every course in Duquesne's Palumbo-Donahue School of Business supply chain management master's runs in a hybrid format or 100% online, both STEM-designated and built for working professionals. Hybrid students take in-person evening classes every other week with asynchronous work in between and can finish in five semesters, while the fully online track runs as a synchronous, cohort-based schedule for students anywhere. Duquesne's Palumbo-Donahue School of Business offers supply chain management as a STEM-designated major within its BSBA degree. The in-person degree takes a minimum of 120 credits over eight semesters: 19 in Bridges requirements, 54 in the business core, 18 in required major courses, 9 in major electives and 20 in open electives. Required courses are Supply Chain Process Improvement, SCM Information Systems and Technology, Global Transportation Logistics, Supply Management Procurement, Forecasting, Production, and Inventory Planning, and Strategic Supply Chain Management. Supply Chain Process Improvement carries a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, and three designated courses with SAP content lead to an SAP Student Recognition Award through the SAP University Alliance. Major electives can include an internship, and the Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management runs industry tours and case competitions.
